Single Varietal Reds

Here you’ll find Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Grenache, Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Carignane. Many of our single varietals are also part of our Single Vineyard Series — think of these as a ‘snapshot’ of a particular place and time; the history of a specific vintage and vineyard captured in a bottle.

Our founder/winemaker, Scott Lindstrom-Dake, pours his heart and soul into our Red Blends. The results demonstrate his charismatic personality. As an example, the Climax blend, a Zinfandel based wine penetrates the palette with a satiny-smooth tannic finish. If we’ve learned anything from 2020, it’s this: sometimes 750ml of wine isn’t enough — especially when hosting guests. Our Large Format Wines include 1.5L and 3L options, depending on the variety and vintage. The larger bottles help support our mission of sustainability.

Sculptured Cellars Wines

Our Sculptured Cellars Wines are the product of focused, experimental effort. The project began when an artisan Cooper (barrel maker) visited from France. His limited-production barrels delivered new and exciting nuances to our wines; this spurred our obsession to control other aspects of production — like dialing in an exact pick date and location, and experimenting with fermentation methods.
